Students must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.7 GPA to be eligible for the Leadership Certificate. No GMAT is required. Students must obtain a "C" or better in each course and maintain an overall GPA of 3.0.

Certification courses will apply to the MBA degree once an applicant has gained admission to the MBA program (GMAT/waiver required). In addition, students entering the MBA program who do not have an undergraduate degree in business administration may be required to take leveling courses before entering the MBA program.
